Sing a song of sixpence, a pocket full of rye
I have to write 750 words before going to sleep tonight. I should start at some stage, seeing as how it's 12.30 already.
My dream last night was one of the strangest I've experienced, and so I will relate it to you all.
I was on my way to a party. Getting completely lost, I ended up in a mansion, my car parked outside. The inside of the mansion was huge, more like a shopping centre, but without shops. I walk around and around, the house is divided into wings, and each one has windows that look out onto huge 'safari' outlooks, with animals roaming in their natural habitat and people feeding them. As I run from wing to wing, I come across many different sorts of animal enclosures and I discover that what is being fed to these animals is humans.
There are people in the mansion now, the organisers of this whole place, and I discover that I have been brought here as prey, I run from wing to wing, trying to find a door into the outside world, but every door I find is disguised as a way out, but actually leads to one of the enclosures. I eventually confront some of the people, and they are as nice as anything to me! They apologise for the misunderstanding, and lead me out the front door and back to my car. As I get into the car, I notice someone is trying to pour something into my petrol tank, and I am distracted by one of the girls handing me a martini with an olive in it (don't ask, I've never had a martini in my life). Somehow I know that the drink contains a drug to make me sleep, they don't intend to let me escape, but I throw the drink back at the girl and turn the car on before they can get any more poison into the petrol tank.
My car is half dead from the poison, but it comes back to life the further I drive away from the mansion. I have escaped, thank goodness.
Needless to say, the stress of the dream wasn't conducive to good sleep. I awoke tireder than I fell asleep the night before.
Oh well, back to study with me.
